Membership of Club Siku NZ and use of the Club Siku NZ website (the Site) is subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the abbreviation CSNZ refers to Club Siku NZ, Elephanta Marketing Ltd., and any of their affiliates.
By submitting a CSNZ membership application, or by using the Site, you signify your consent to these Terms and Conditions.
CSNZ reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at their discretion.

CSNZ maintains the Site for your personal entertainment and information. Please feel free to browse the Site. You may download material displayed on the Site for non-commercial, home personal use only, provided you keep intact all copyright, trademark and other proprietary notices. You may not, however, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute in any way the contents of the Site including the text, images, audio and video, for public or commercial purposes, without written permission from Elephanta Marketing Ltd. which operates Club Siku NZ.
Becoming a Member
To join Club Siku NZ you must complete an official registration card (available from participating Siku outlets) in full, and send it in to:

There is currently no subscription cost for members, however a nominal annual charge may be applied at some point in the future in order to recover some of the administration costs (e.g. postage etc) of operating Club Siku NZ.
All membership applications are subject to verification by CSNZ whose decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Eligibility for membership is restricted to New Zealand residents only.
Club Siku NZ communicates with members primarily through email newsletters. Members who cannot be contacted by email may receive reduced and/or delayed member benefits and notifications, which CSNZ is not liable for.
CLUBSIKU Standard Membership
The benefits of becoming a CLUBSIKU member currently include:

Successful applicants will be sent confirmation of their membership by email. You will be able to set a username and password to enable you to sign into the members area of the website.
CSNZ will endeavour to make the stated benefits available to all CLUBSIKU members, but will not be held liable for any benefit that is late or lost or different from that stated. Please ensure that the contact details you supply us with are correct and are kept up-to-date to avoid missing any benefits.
The additional benefits of becoming a CLUBSIKUGOLD member currently include being eligible to receive a free gift, special discounts and offers, and first access to exclusive limited models.
CLUBSIKUGOLDmembers are also eligible to earnSIKUDOLLARSto spend in store: For every subsequent $150 you spend on new Siku purchased from a New Zealand retailer, send us the receipts and we will give you 15 SIKUDOLLARS – a voucher that's as good as $15 cash off the retail price of your next Siku purchase at a participating retailer. Qualifying member purchases will be totalled and assessed once a month, with vouchers sent out when $150 levels are met.
To apply to become a CLUBSIKUGOLD member you need to purchase $200 worth of new Siku from a New Zealand retailer within a 12 month period. For a purchase(s) to be counted towards qualification for CLUBSIKUGOLD status, the corresponding receipt(s) must be uploaded to the website under your member page, or posted to Club Siku at the above address. To be accepted, the receipt(s) must include all relevant legal information about the purchase including the date, store name, store GST number, item(s) purchased, and the value of the Siku product(s) purchased.
If you are already a CLUBSIKU member and you are upgrading to CLUBSIKUGOLD membership, please clearly note your name and membership number on the receipt(s).
Successful applicants will be sent confirmation of their CLUBSIKUGOLD membership by email. Your gift pack will be dispatched by a reputable courier company within 3 working days of this notification.

CLUBSIKUGOLD membership and associated benefits are valid for 12 months from the date of achieving CLUBSIKUGOLD status. To maintain CLUBSIKUGOLD membership, the member must continue to meet the $200 purchase threshold over the 12 months prior to each annual review of their CLUBSIKUGOLD membership. If this threshold is not met, the member will revert to being a standard CLUBSIKU member. CLUBSIKUGOLD status can subsequently be resumed at any time once the threshold is met.
Personal information is collected and held by CSNZ for the purposes of managing your Club Siku NZ membership and sending you material that we believe you may find of interest, including offers or other benefits you are entitled to. You have the right, in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Act 1993, to access and correct the personal information held about you, and can do this here.
We may also collect information about you and your interests to assist us with product research or promotional activity related to Club Siku NZ. This is achieved through active as well as passive means, such as tracking what pages you go to on the Site. This information is analysed to determine how to make your experience of Siku and Club Siku NZ more enjoyable.
In some instances we may need to disclose personal information about you to companies that we hire so that we may provide you with the best possible service - for example, this may be a company that we have employed to transport items to you, or a reputable research company hired by us to conduct a survey of members. However, such companies will be under an obligation to keep your personal information confidential.
We may disclose personal information collected from you as required by law, for example, in response to a court order or subpoena. We may also disclose such information in response to a specific request from a law enforcement agency.
Except as set out above, we will not sell, rent or otherwise disclose any personal information to any company or person outside of CSNZ without obtaining appropriate permission prior to such disclosure.
When you sign in or add to your online Favorites, cookies can help us to keep track of what you are doing so that you stay signed in and don't lose your Favorites. If your browser does not accept cookies, the Club Siku NZ website may not be fully functional.
We do not use third-party (‘spyware') cookies.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, CSNZ will not be liable for any delay in processing your application, or any failure to notify you of any changes in these Terms and Conditions, or of cancellation of your membership, or of Club Siku NZ ceasing trading, or of any offers or promotions you may be entitled to as a member.
CSNZ takes reasonable care to include accurate and up-to-date information on the Site. However, CSNZ makes no warranties or representations as to the accuracy of the information and accepts no liability for any errors or omissions in the contents of the Site.
We remind you that browsing the Site is at your own risk. Neither we nor any other party involved in creating, producing or delivering the Site is liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of, the Site.
CSNZ also assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable, for any damages to, or viruses that may infect, your computer equipment or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing the Site or your downloading of any materials, data, text, images, video, or audio from the Site. CSNZ is not responsible for the contents of any off-site pages or any other sites linked to the Site.
Each exclusion or limitation of liability in these Terms and Conditions also applies to the owners and operators of Siku outlets, their related companies (as defined in the Companies Act 1993), employees and agents.
You may have rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 which are not excluded or limited by anything set out in these Terms and Conditions.
